Permissible Built-up Area ÷ Plot Area. Defines the development potential of a land parcel.

Example Plot area 1 Acre = 43,560 sq.ft. At FSI 1.0 the permissible built-up area is 43,560 × 1.0 = 43,560 sq.ft.; at FSI 0.5 it is 43,560 × 0.5 = 21,780 sq.ft.

Zoning classification

G1

Green / Agricultural Zone. Agricultural and green-use land; development subject to applicable planning regulations.

U2

Urban Zone 2. Designated urban / development land; development potential governed by applicable planning regulations.

R

Residential Zone. Land designated for residential use; residential development subject to applicable regulations.

Green Zone. Protected / regulated green-use land; development is restricted and subject to applicable regulations.
